Jean-Paul
Thomin had
a long career as a Museum Exhibitions Director and Project Manager, specifically
for Interpretation Centers on various topics; Paleontology, History of
Mining, etc.
His works are well known for the way he used various medias (sculpture,
painting, holography, sound and light, etc.) to enhance the multiple significations
of a scientific or historical topic.
In the recent years, he had evolved toward virtuality and multimedia art
creation, bringing to life the first fictions in French on the Web: Pangea,
BlackMoon, Le Maitre du haiku, etc.
Several distinctions were awarded to these multimedia works.
